Tribute to Veterans

2009 Tribute to Veterans: Saturday, August 29
Please join us on Saturday, August 29 immediately after the Veterans' Appreciation Parade (approximately 12:30 p.m.) for our annual Tribute to Veterans show on the Comcast Center Stage. Performances by Richard Probasco, The Dennis Mitchell Band with The Kingsmen, The Brown Sisters, Two Sisters & a Mister, Ken & Malinda Buckles, Barrie Malcolm & Bill Haugen, and more.

All Veterans will receive free admission to the Oregon State Fair on Friday, August 28 and Saturday, August 29 with military ID. Please visit www.oregonstatefair.org for more information. Please note: free admission is at the discretion of Oregon State Fair gate staff; RAH is not involved in free admission.

Since 2006, Remembering America’s Heroes has hosted its special Tribute to Veterans at the Oregon State Fair. Our Faces of the Fallen display is also on-site throughout the duration of the Fair, as well as several military vehicles. In 2008, over 1,000 Veterans and their families attended our show.
